so i slipped on my diet today. i don't know why. i made poor decisions.. i missed my training appt yesterday..i'm going to have to do better tomorrow..i'm not going to fall off forever. i'm going to wake-up in the morning and head to the gym. i got to burn off these excess calories.. dieting or should i say life style changes can be difficult. dieting sucks!
i keep having to tell myself. this is for your life, to improve your health, to feel better, have more energy, AND GET IN THAT D@@M WEDDING DRESS! i'm waking up in the morning and heading to the gym. tomorrow is a new day!
